SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Please allow 4 weeks for production on all items, unless otherwise specified. Production begins after the store closes (typically 1-2 weeks after launch).
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Please allow 3–5 business days for domestic delivery once the package is in transit.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

 

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not within our control.
Once shipped, please allow 10–15 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and customs processing times.

 

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or size changes once an order is shipped or once the pre-order window closes.

 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Customers are responsible for contacting USPS or your local postal service to file a claim or locate a missing package.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

 

We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
If you need to make an address change, please contact us before your order ships.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
